Our studio accommodates 40 people, our carpet is steam cleaned, sprayed with anti-bacteria liquid and tea tree oil to maintain freshness. We have a eco-quest fresh air machine that sanitizes the air. Our heating system is state of the art non invasive heat panels.
We have a ventilation system that draws in outside fresh air when the heat and humidity rises too high. Our lighting is bright (no where to hide) but easy on the eyes. We also have showers.
Lights are turned off after class and soft dimmer lights are put on so you can rest in savasana as long as you like after class.
A few simple guidelines to help enjoy your Bikram Yoga class:
Arrive early to class to be sure you have enough time to set up your spot before the teacher starts class.
Classes are 90 minutes - they start and end on time - plan on staying until the end of class.
Please try and practice complete stillness and quiet in between the postures.
Try your best in each posture of the Bikram series to follow along with the teacher. Please reserve any other postures until after final savasana.
We learn from each other's words and actions. Please be a good role model for new students as they begin their yoga practice.
No pagers, cell phones, gum, candy, food or glass containers in the yoga room.
Honour the silence of the room.
Please no conversations or loud noises during class.
